bullet In India, some companies from east asia are coming with bioceramic products, like t-shirts, pants, elastic braces, all embeded with bioceramic from inside. they claim that bioceramic was invented in NASA and it is present on the inner surface of spacesuit. they also claim medicinal benefits of bioceramic like improvement in blood circulation etc. how far this all is true?
Bioceramics are materials that are used for prosthetic devices, since they do not cause adverse reactions when placed within the body. One familiar example is their use in artificial joints that are surgically implanted. However, the health claims that I have seen for bioceramics in other applicatio... Click here for more.
bullet I just saw Victoria Meadows' lecture on the search for life beyond the Solar System. Excellent! I wonder though if the habitable zone for planets might extend well beyond where she placed it in that lecture.
I have not seen Vikki Meadows' presentation, but I presume that she followed the standard definition of the habitable zone, which is based on liquid water on the surface of a planet. You are correct that life may be possible on many planets and moons outside this narrow zone, for example (in our own... Click here for more.
bullet Can biofuel be used in space vehicles/ rockets etc.?
Perhaps biofuels could be used. Many different chemicals have been used in liquid-fuel rockets, and kerosene (paraffin) is one of the common rocket fuels. While kerosene is derived from petroleum, similar materials could be made from so-called biofuels. David Morrison

bullet Do you think human beings will ever be able to live on other planets?
Yes. Remember that humans have already lived on the Moon, but only for a few days. NASA's current plans for human exploration of the Moon and Mars suggest that there could be permanently occupied outposts on both Moon and Mars by the middle of this century. David Morrison

bullet It is known that human, animal and plant physiology has been shaped by gravity. What are the potential risks for human beings of prolonged stay in outer space or on other planets or bodies with different gravity fields such as the Moon or Mars? If human colonies were to be on extraterrestrial bodies for a long periods, how could their physiologies conceivably develop or differ from staying on Earth? Finally, what do we know about how animals and plants develop in extraterrestrial environments?
This is a complex question, and there is a large relevant scientific literature under the heading of "gravitational biology". Two good resources are the American Society for Gravitational and Space Biology (asgsb.indstate.edu) and the Life Science Division at NASA Ames Research Center (cgbr.arc.nasa... Click here for more.
bullet what ever happened to the medusa spacecraft? I heard it could go a quarter the speed of light.
There is no Medusa spacecraft. It can't move at all, let alone at a quarter of the speed of light. The name Medusa was given to a concept study about ten years ago for a spacecraft that could be powered by nuclear explosions, but nothing was built and none of the technical issues tested or resolved.... bullet If the moon is colonized by the united states within the century, is it a possiblity that the moon will become a privince/state/ of America.
I doubt that very much. The Moon (like Antarctica) is covered by an international treaty that forbids any nation from claiming all or part of it. Besides, I think you may be confused by the term "colonized", which is not really the right term for space exploration. The most we might anticipate is a ... Click here for more.
bullet Has a space craft or satellite ever been struck by a meteorite, or are you no more likely to be struck by a meteorite in space, than you are on Earth?
No spacecraft has been known to be struck by a meteorite, if by this you mean small debris in heliocentric orbit. However, several interplanetary spacecraft have suffered from unexplained failures, so it is possible that meteoritic impacts ware implicated. Several Earth orbiting spacecraft, includin... bullet There is a lot of information about FIR waves and their ability to heal. The marketing for these products claims that NASA invented FIR to keep astronauts healthy in space. Is there anything to the power of FIR, or is it just a hoax?
Nobody invented Far Infrared (FIR) waves. Everything in the universe that is warm gives off far infrared radiation, including you and all your surroundings. It has nothing to do with health, other than the therapeutic effect on sore muscles sometimes associated with applying warmth. (I assume you ar... Click here for more.
bullet If a species somehow evolved without any gravity affecting them throughout their whole life, and they were suddenly forced to deal with gravity, how would they possibly react?
The reaction would surely depend on the species and its past history. On Earth, most microbes are little affected by gravity. Gravity is also much less important for marine creatures; a fish can swim up as easily as down. Gravity is necessary, of course, for there to be an ocean and an atmosphere in... Click here for more.
