A workshop at Los Alamos in January 1992 evaluated
the issues involved in intercepting celestial objects approaching
the Earth. It covered the technologies for acquiring, tracking,
and homing on them, as well as those for interceptors to inspect,
rendezvous with, land on, irradiate, deflect, or destroy them.
This report records the presentation and technical options
reviewed.
